A Simple Fast Weight Loss Plan

This fast weight loss diet last for 5 days and it is recommended for those who want to lose about 8 – 10 pounds and are willing to suffer the consequences of a quick weight loss diet. It is a low calorie diet and should not be repeated in an interval of less than a month. During the diet you should drink only water with lemon and when you get hungry between meals, we recommend eating apples and grapefruits. There are no restrictions on the consumption of these two fruits.

Monday

Breakfast: a glass of orange juice and 4 whole wheat crackers.

Lunch: 1.7 ounces of soy pate, 3.5 ounces of Prague ham, two tomatoes, four slices of graham bread, two slices of pineapple.

Dinner: two slices of ham (3.5 ounces), tomato salad with a tablespoon of oil, 1 apple.

Tuesday

Breakfast: 200 ml of yogurt, a bowl of cereal without sugar over which a tablespoon of honey.

Lunch: 3.5 ounces of cheese (preferably cow’s milk), two slices of graham bread, two carrots, two bananas.

Dinner: 7 ounces of broiled fish, 3.5 ounces of cheese, and 3.5 ounces of eggplant salad.

Wednesday

Breakfast: 1.7 ounces of walnuts, a teaspoon of honey, two slices of graham bread.

Lunch: lettuce salad with a tablespoon of olive oil and two tomatoes, three slices of graham bread, 3.5 ounces chicken breast.

Dinner: 3 boiled potatoes with 3.5 ounces of grated cheese on top and a tablespoon of olive oil, two apples.

Thursday

Breakfast: a glass of orange juice and 4 whole wheat crackers.

Lunch: lettuce and spinach salad with olive oil and lemon, two slices of graham bread, 3.5 oz of ham.

Dinner: 7 oz of veal steak, two boiled potatoes, a banana.

Friday

Breakfast: 1 ounce of walnuts, two slices of graham bread, orange juice.

Lunch: 3.5 ounces ham, 1.7 ounces of cheese, two slices of bread and an apple.

Dinner: a bowl of pasta with tomato sauce and 1.7 ounces of cheese.
